| MY RUNNING HAS BEEN PRETTY LAZY LATELY. I AM STILL TRYING TO GET 2-3 RUNS IN PER WEEK BUT MY BODY REALLY WANTING TO DO MUCH. I FEEL LIKE I AM STILL GETTING OVER SOME NAGGING PROBLEMS THAT NEED TO GO AWAY BEFORE I CAN HIT THINGS TO HARD. IT SEEMS THAT MANY OTHER BLOGGERS ARE HAVING THEIR OWN LITTLE TRAINING SNAGS. PERSONALLY I THINK THAT THE BODY JUST JUST NEEDS A BREAK FROM THE POUNDING ONCE IN A WHILE. I WOULD STILL LIKE TO RUN PAINTERS BUT NO SWEAT IF I DECIDE NOT TO. MERRY CHRISTMAS. | Comments(2) |

| snowed about 12inches in cedar city. i was thinking "there goes any chance of some good running". At about 9pm it was in the low 20's and i got this idea to go running. i put on my insulated boots, sweat pants, and sweat shirt and actually had a good run in the snow. my feet stayed warm and i didn't have to worry about traffic. didn't really feel that cold either. | Add Comment |

| 5 easy miles before heading to church. It has been hard to get out and run much. snow and quality running don't mix. | Comments(2) |
