| ran my 8 mile loop. decided to do a little time trial. it was a great run for me. mile1 6:26 mile2 5.50 mile3 5.57 mile4 5.55 mile5 6:40 mile6 6:58 potty stop during mile 7 next recorded full mile-6:40 last .6 mile in 3:23 total time for run was 50:10(6:20 ave pace) and better than my previous best on this run by 55 sec. a good confidence builder. | | Add Comment |
