| 11.5 before sundown with the dog. just a nice easy "time on feet" run. ran up the canyon trial and back down. I decided to stomp on it for just one mile on the way back down starting at the veterans memorial park area. Blew through the mile in 5:10. didn't feel that fast. temp was 40 F and windy but i was almost too warm but if i wore any less i would be running in boxers and a t-shirt. this has been a decent week. 3 mornings of full court B-ball and 3 days of running.
