MY RUNNING HAS BEEN PRETTY LAZY LATELY. I AM STILL TRYING TO GET 2-3 RUNS IN PER WEEK BUT MY BODY REALLY WANTING TO DO MUCH. I FEEL LIKE I AM STILL GETTING OVER SOME NAGGING PROBLEMS THAT NEED TO GO AWAY BEFORE I CAN HIT THINGS TO HARD. IT SEEMS THAT MANY OTHER BLOGGERS ARE HAVING THEIR OWN LITTLE TRAINING SNAGS. PERSONALLY I THINK THAT THE BODY JUST JUST NEEDS A BREAK FROM THE POUNDING ONCE IN A WHILE. I WOULD STILL LIKE TO RUN PAINTERS BUT NO SWEAT IF I DECIDE NOT TO. MERRY CHRISTMAS. |
