went to the track to do 800 repeats. first two were at 2:42, then on the third i found myself slipping into a jog on the second lap and ended up with a 2:46. i figured i was done and didn't want to do anymore, i just wasn't into it. regrouped and tried one more, ended up hitting 2:41 and it was tough. this was the first track stuff i have done in about 3 weeks. i felt pretty out of shape. |
