today was supposed be be a 20 miler but i started getting sick on wednesday. did 5.5 this morning and it took me 50 minutes. went out in the late evening to try another 5.5 but just couldn't do it and came back home after .5 mile. i hope this stuff goes away soon. didn't have the kind of week training that i was planning on but the sooner i can get healthy the sooner i can get things back on track. hopefully i can still get a good long run in sometime this week. |
