what more can i say than has already been said by other bloggers. it was a Personal Best for me by 7 seconds over last year. i ran a 1:30:30 the first half which was slower than goal pace. figured the second half would be faster but i had some side ache issues from 20-24 miles and slowed way down. finished strong. changed into dry clothes and went home. all things considered, i was pretty satisfied and looking forward to another race of some kind. I had three brothers that ran and finished well considering their very limited training. congrats to all.

calfs are sore but that is about it. worked up on a roof all day monday and felt pretty much like every other day.

Congrats on the PR. I had just as big of a pr. Wish it could have been more...

Good job on the pr. What a day huh? I couldnt get the second half faster either like I had planned. Oh well. On to the next race.

Good job on the race. I can't believe how terrible I felt. I'm ready to find another marathon to redeem myself
