Come on down and run - if you are feeling better. But I probably wouldn't if the sickness is still lingering. A long run like that will just weaken you and make you more suseptible (sp?). But if you're feeling better, I'll see you down here!
i thought that long runs were supposed to make you stronger not weaken you. isn't that why you frequently do a 20 miler each week? JK.
