5.5 easy miles in the morning with some stretching along the way. legs are a little sore but legs don't really feel very tired. it is good to have some new soreness instead of the usual aches and pains.
Glad to see you back at it so soon. I am trying to run these sore legs back to health. Thanks for the great races this week end. I enjoy our personal racing challenge. Maybe we can bring each other to even higher levels. What is your goal for the St. George Marathon? I would really like to break 2:40.
