8.0 miles after work with the dog. Ran out behind walmart exploring the many dirt roads out there. It can be pretty rocky out there at times but most of the roads are pretty good withlots of up and downs. i need to try to do more running on softer surfaces and i seem to enjoy it more than just pounding the pavement around town.
