Then 2 x 2mile on the track. goal pace was 6:00 miles set 1--mile 1 5:57 mile 2 6:00 total time 11:57 set 2--mile 1 6:02 mile 2 5:54 total time 11:56 started to get a little behind pace but just increased and effort and pain and finished strong. pretty good workout for this time of year and considering my training since SGM. i was pleasantly surprised. weather was great today. total workout 9 miles.
