3 nice miles this morning. Temps in the low 30's, gloves and head gear. feeling OK, but still coughing throughout the day.

I totally agree with Garrett's statement, you've got the base and the fitness. Now just go out and prove to yourself you can run a fast marathon. I'll look for you up at the start.
