slept in until about 10:00 this morning. it is cold and windy in cedar city. i should go out for a run later. i may have to get me a treadmill this year to keep me running from october to march. i typically take those months off and start over in the spring. any suggestions on what kind to get?

Ty is my age. I went to middle and high school with him at Pine View. We actually went to our junior prom together. I know he ran a marathon or two when he was younger, does he still run anymore? I guess this explains why I have seen your parents at some races (I am Clyde's wife). My maiden name is Hacker, you might know my sister Kasi (her maiden name is Provstgaard). She graduated in '94.
