| 8 miles via the new road by walmart and back. Hit a mile on the pathway at 5:15 going out, hit the same mile coming back in 6:00. I found out that it is mostly up hill going back towards walmart. felt ok but i need to get the miles back up to really get things going good.

3.0 pm. went to the track with the family. kids were supposed to run some laps but they would rather play. guess maybe i'm the only runner in the family.
