3.0 This morning with the dog.  I think I am stuck in a rut right now.  I had better get out of it by tomorrow morning because I really need to do a decent workout tomorrow to keep things rolling.

Started college classes yesterday so I will be have to drop some of my other activities.  I guess I will drop work first, then running in a month or so.  SGM can't come soon enough.  So many things can go bad between now and SGM and some"things" have already started heading in a bad direction.  Just gotta hang on a little longer.
