5.5 easy this morning. Actually beat the 8:00 minute guy.  It was nice to just go out and run. I have been doing a lot of racing(3 weekends in a row). Hopefully i can get back out later today and get my weekly mileage back up over 50 and get some quality stuff going.

Hey nice job on your races. It looks like you once again dominated. I think I'm going to do either 3 or 4 1600m repeats on the track around 5:30 pace if you're down for that. I'll probably do anywhere from 600 to 800m recovery jogs in between intervals.
