went out at 7:30 pm and wanted to get a longer type run in. didn't know how i would feel because i didn't have much of a lunch on dinner. i ended up feeling great and doing my 10 mile out and back plus a cool down. run went as follows. 1 7:09 2 6:26 3 6:21 4 6:41 5 7:12 up hill 6 5:58 down grade (split 39:51) 7 6:38 8 6:57 9 6:58 a little up hill. 10 6:22 (split for 10 was 106:47) .6 cool down i would rate this run as one of my best training runs ever even though i am just trying to maintain some fitness through the winter. i felt really strong on the run. i didn't feel like i was pushing the pace just trying to run relaxed. |
