mile warmup and then 5k on the track. 1 mile cool down. mile 1 5:55 mile 2 6:00 mile 3 5:58 200 m :37 total time 18:30 felt good to get some tempo miles in. i think this is a good work out for me right now. i don't want to do much "speed" stuff right now. hopefully i can stretch some of thes tempos out to oven more miles or multiple repeats. |
