7.5 easy miles before breakfast, no watch but guessing about 8:00 pace 9.25 before supper. weather was beautiful, i felt pretty good and just ran what felt easy and did it in 67:00 minutes. kind of surprised myself. legs are just a little sore from saturdays race but overall i think my body is adjusting well to my increases in mileage. i just need to be careful and be patiant.
