Hey if you're up for it, I'm going to do the same tempo route tomorrow that we did last week. I'm going to go at 6:15 am this time though. Oh and I carved my initials in your stairs you poured at the hotel. I hope that's alright ;)

I thought that the G.S. stood for geological survey and that they were marking it because it is the only thing of perfection on main street.
Also, I think I am up for a tempo. Work has really cut into my quality training this past week but if I ain't rested up a little then I guess I will blame it on old age. See you at 6:15 in the AM.
