10.5 in the morning in 1:12:30. i felt good better than i expected i would after this week. raced a 10k last weekend and then hit 65 miles this week and cranked out a pretty good run today.  my first 2 miles were really slow getting warmed up.  ended up deciding to throw in a couple tempo miles hit the first one at 6:02 and thought "that was too easy" so i ran the last one in 5:44 and it felt real good.  plan is to keep mileage in the 60's for a few weeks. main thing is to stay injury free. i would rather be running less miles but at least be running than to be injured because i got over zealous with mileage.

Injury free is the key - I bet if you keep hitting solid 60-70's with a few of those miles at the quick pace you've been doing, you'll be in for another year of great PR's.

We will for sure have to get some runs in. Like you said, it may not be before Boston, unless you like 5:00 a.m. But we can get some runs in this summer. Good job on the miles lately.
